NEET 2025 Admit Card Release Date (Out) By NTA: Check Latest Updates
The National Testing Agency (NTA) is all set to release the NEET 2025 Admit Card by May 1, 2025, ahead of the NEET UG 2025 examination scheduled for May 4, 2025. The admit card will be available for download on the official websites – neet.nta.nic.in and nta.ac.in. Only candidates who have completed the application process will be issued the admit card.
Before the admit card, NTA will release the advance city intimation slip by April 26, 2025, mentioning the city where the exam centre will be located. However, this is not the admit card.

How to Download NEET Admit Card 2025?
Follow the steps below to download your admit card once it is released:
- Visit the official NTA NEET website – neet.nta.nic.in
- Click on the link for NEET UG 2025 Admit Card.
- Log in using your application number, date of birth, and security pin.
- Your admit card will appear on the screen. Check all details carefully.
- Download and print 3-4 copies of the admit card.
- Ensure your parent’s signature is done in the required space.
NEET Admit Card 2025 via CSC
Candidates with limited internet access can visit the nearest Common Services Center (CSC) to download the admit card. These centres charge a nominal fee:

Did you forget the NEET Registration Number or Password?
If you forget your login details, follow these steps:
To Recover Registration Number:
- Go to the NEET website.
- Click on “Forgot Registration Number”.
- Enter your name, parent’s name, DOB, category, and security pin.
- The number will be sent to your registered email.
To Reset Password:
- Click on “Forgot Password” link.
- Enter your application number, DOB, and name.
- Choose OTP or security question method.
- Follow the instructions received on your registered mobile/email.
Guidelines for NEET Exam 2025
Candidates must follow these instructions on exam day:
- Reach the centre before 1:30 PM.
- Sit on the seat assigned to you only.
- Avoid carrying prohibited items.
- Food and drinks not allowed, except for medically permitted candidates.
- Do not leave the hall before the exam ends.
- Submit the OMR sheet to the invigilator before leaving.
